April 21, 2018 – Lake Okeechobee
The Third Toho Marine Elite One Man Series was held on Saturday, April 21st on Lake Okeechobee out of Scott Driver Park. There were 29 entries with 5 places paid out. 22 anglers managed to catch a five fish limit. Over 300 pounds of fish came across the scales.
Capturing First Place with 17.67 pounds was Mitch Liss earning him 200 points and moving him into Second Place for the Angler Of The Year Award and a nice check for $1030. Coming in Second Place with 17.62 pounds after a 0.5 pound penalty was William Bennion and took home a $405 payout and an additional $135 for having the second biggest fish with a 6.66 pound bass. Third Place and $315 was secured by Jason Hughey with his 17.33 pound limit that included 7.55 pounder worth an extra $270 for the Big Bass of the Tournament. Logan Murphy took home $202 for his Fourth Place finish of 15.85 pounds. And making the cut in Fifth Place with 15.81 pounds was Charle Harrelson. The Enigma Fishing recipient for finishing one spot out of the money was Nicholas Kefalides.
