Terry Segraves is a professional Bass Fisherman from Kissimmee, Florida. He has lived a very successful rewarding career as a competitive fisherman. Competed in tournaments on the national level such as Bassmaster Elites, Bass Opens, FLW Tour, along with competing in Salt Water Tournament, the ESPN Redfish Tour.
In his years of competitive fishing, he has achieved many of his goals. Qualifying for the 1997 Bassmaster classic is one, another is representing the United States in the 2006 Euro Base Event held in Madrid, Spain, and representing the Kissimmee, Florida area in the tourism industry. He moved to Kissimmee, Florida from Southern Indiana. He went to Indiana University where he received a B.S. degree in Business and Economics. His love for fishing launched him into a career representing the Kissimmee area in tourism for 18 years.
During his year representing Kissimmee, Terry was instrumental in forming a yearly tournament and event known as the Great Outdoor Days held each fall. This event put the Kissimmee area in forefront in fishing industry for many years. One of his most proud accomplishments was a cancer fund raising event he and the great people from Kissimmee put together called Angling Against Cancer. The event produced over $750,000 in the fight against cancer, and benefited organizations such as The American Cancer Society, Florida Hospital and The Jimmy V Foundation.
